The individual ebooks (Defying Gravity, Fighting Gravity, and Pull of Gravity) have also been updated to include their respective epilogues. If you purchased the copy for Smashwords, then I believe you just download a new copy. For Kindle copies, I'm notifying Amazon in hopes they will notify people who have purchased/downloaded copies that a new file has been added. I'm not sure what the other retailers do.
