Emme watches from the sidelines as she tries to find her place in the world. On an adventure with her two childhood friends, she comes across Hawthorne Manor and the mysterious disappearance of Davian Hawthorne. The young man enters her dreams, and she must solve the enigma before the entire town is destroyed.

Aubrie Dionne's Dreams of Beauty weaves a collaboration of fairy tales from Sleeping Beauty and Snow White with a dash of Cinderella into a beautiful story of young Emme, a small orphan girl, trying to find her place in the world. The characters are realistic, and I found myself cheering Emme on as she discovered who she was through her dreams and actions. Ms. Dionne's descriptions are poetic and lyrical.  The ending left me craving more of this world and wondering if there could ever be a sequel. Overall, Dreams of Beauty is a delightful read.
