Submission: Bella's Battle
I heard back from my wonderful readers, and I finally finished up and submitted "Bella's Battle" for the Skulls and Crossbones anthology. I didn't change much, except a few things here and there. I did, however, add another pirate section to the story on how Bella gains the pirate's respect. It increased the word count up a bit, but the story still was under 7,000 words. I hope they enjoy the story, and if not, then I will submit it elsewhere.

Thank you! I'm just trying not to get my hopes up too high with these things. It's better to think it won't make it, so it feels even better when you do and not as bad if you don't.
