2015 Realms Faire: Riddle Me This #3 | 99c Ebook Sale

It's Veterans Day in the US. Thank you to all veterans for your service.

The 2015 Realms Faire is under way from now through November 13. Get ready for games and loads of chances to win some great prizes.

My event is called Riddle Me This.

What the event is about: I am a book so popular they made a movie of me. Within the what if realms I lie. Horror? Fantasy? Or am I Sci-Fi? A riddle every day during the Realms Faire for you to take your best guess and have a chance to win a prize most splendid.

How you play: You play by commenting your guess of the book and author I'm talking about in the riddle. I'll take guesses for a riddle until 8 AM EST the next day. All who have guessed correctly are entered in for a chance to win a prize. Riddle answers and winners will be revealed on Monday, November 16.

The monsters are out there,
although by the time you see them it’s too late.
The grocery store is a great place to hide.
Driving, driving, and driving.
Be sure to stop the movie before they stop the car.

The Mist. never read the book but hated the ending of the film.

Don't have a clue on this one. And I've never even heard of The Mist that Alex mentioned. Feeling out of it LOL.

WONDERFUL riddle this, Cherie! My first thought was John Carpenter's "The Fog" but that wasn't based on a novel -- a key part of the challenge! "The Mist" from Stephen King made later into a movie MUST be it -- especially the clue about the supermarket! WELL DONE!

This has to be Stephen King's The Mist. I absolutely loved the movie version despite the controversial ending.

Now I'm going to look to see what others said.
