I have the week off from my day job, so I'm trying to catch up on reading, writing, and editing. I can't believe 2011 is almost over either. Did this year go by this fast for everyone else?
I hope everyone will have a lovely holiday season.
Have you been reading, writing, etc.? Or has it been taken over by the holidays?

Lucky you, having the week off. I only have the public holidays off this year, but I still plan to try to get some writing done.
Last weekend's rewrites got interrupted (for "interrupted", read "abandoned") by Christmas stuff, but I got a lot done the weekend before, so I'm not too concerned.
Hope you have a great Christmas, Cherie.
The year went by really fast. I'm trying to tell myself I'll do more and be organized in my writing life for next year. Then I laugh at myself and have a cookie! I actually did some more writing yesterday. Just a few pages, but still!
Just found your blog - love the daily features! New follower :)
This year - especially this pregnancy - has gone by so fast! Just 9 more weeks!
I've been editing - my stuff and for publishers.
I hope you are enjoying your week off! Yesterday was taken over by the Holidays for me, but I'll have time Thurs and Fri for writing.
:)
Writing, writing, writing and not feeling like I'm getting anywhere. Oh well, having a little of the holidays thrown in too.
Absolutely--the year just whizzed by. Enjoy your time off!! A lovely holiday season to you too. :) I've done more reading than writing lately (with the exception of some revising).
It didn't go by really fast for me . . . but neither did it go slowly. It feels like there should be about another month left.
You have some awesome giveaways and contests this year Cherie. Thanks again for my prize 'Tempest Rising' which I enjoyed reading immemsely.
Happy Christmas!
