Wednesday's Writing Update: Catching Up

Happy Wednesday!

I'm slowly trying to catch up on things. Between the four-day weekend and the Flash Fiction Blogfest, I've fallen way behind in just about everything. So I hope you'll forgive me for being slower to comment and answer emails.

I also have jury duty in June, so I'm trying to get as many posts done with my summer blog schedule as possible for the month. Who knows? I might get on a murder trial and won't be able to be online for a while. I hope not in many ways, but you just never know.

My summer blog schedule is as follows:

Mondays
1st Monday - Book Chat
2nd Monday - Fantasy Chat
3rd Monday - Ask the Editor
4th Monday - Purrsonal Story

Wednesdays
Wednesday's Writing Update

Fridays
#fridayflash

Depending on how much I get done this summer, then that new blog schedule might last longer than August.

I've also decided to put A to Z Flashes of Foxwick on sale...as in free! But it can take a while for Amazon to change it from $0.99 to free. I could use your help. If you click here, it'll take you to Amazon's page for A to Z Flashes of Foxwick. Scroll down until you see "Product Details" and click on "tell us about a lower price." Then, enter in 0.00 for the price amount and this website: https://www.smashwords.com/books/view/152339. Also, if you click that link, you can get it free on Smashwords too. The more people who tell Amazon about the lower price, then the more likely they'll change it before Women of Foxwick comes out. I hope to release that short story collection on June 19th, if all goes well. We'll call it a tentative release date.

So what are you up to this Wednesday?

Oh, that's right. Possible jury duty. I'm kind of excited for you! Today we're heading to the pool. Maybe I'll actually get some writing done later. I've been falling seriously behind.

I don't know how you do it. Even that schedule looks busy to me - and in amongst jury duty too! Hope that goes OK for you.

I am up to SQL indexes and scripts at work today, but I'm trying to talk myself into going swimming tonight. Somehow, finishing Magan Vernon's "How to Date an Alien" sounds a little more appealing.

I'm up to writing this Wed! Well, as soon as I quit piddling on blogs that is. :)

I'm think everyone will understand you not commenting as much with all you've had to do!

Today, I have been sunbathing because in England, you have to make the most of the sun when it's there lol! :D

Today - editing for both other authors and some of my own work. I plan on writing some short stories and a novella in between all of the editing.

Jury duty might inspire you! Though I could see how it weighs on prearranged plans.

Today- a breakfast with family and then hopefully some editing on my novel.

Jury duty sounds like great inspiration and totally awful at the same time. I really hope your case is interesting! And your schedule sounds great. Can't wait!

Took care of the Amazon pricing. Jury duty sounds utterly boring. Hopefully you are able to get some writing done. My Wednesday is me trying to finish pages for submission to the Sue Alexander Grant.

My wife has the Amazon account, so I'll get her to tell them tonight.

you sound so organised!! Impressive. Good luck with your Jury Duty in June too. I had jury duty last year for a murder trial, but I wasn't picked to be on the jury.

Sounds like a good schedule. I wish I could get ahead of myself. I feel like I'm always playing catch up. I just told Amazon. :)

I told amazon about the lower price!

I keep a schedule too, but I honestly have no idea how you keep up with yours.

Wow you are so organized. Impressive. Maybe you'll find some dramatic inspiration on jury duty.

Hi Cherie! Popped over to say Hi. You are a busy, busy lady! I'm launching "Book Talk Wednesdays" this week. I'll be featuring 3-5great books each week - new releases, upcoming releases, WIP's, TBR pile, what I've read, etc.

Great news!!! You are very busy! I had jury duty years ago, and I didn't get on a trial . . . just sat and read books and wrote for three days in a room packed with other people . . .heard some good stories though.

Congrats on the book, Cherie!!
